Welcome to the beginning,

This is our Genesis. First entry, first date with you, and although we are a little nervous, we are baring all to the world.

It's been nearly four years since we conceived the idea to create a denim label and a lot has happened since then so we are breathing out a sigh of relief and inhaling another of satisfaction and expectancy. 

After laying all our similarities and interests on the table we agreed that our love of selvedge denim would be the muse to create our new venture...Phable.

The idea behind Phable is to create and uphold new classics in denim and to keep them simple. We see our denim as a blank page with the indigo being the ink that writes the stories of those who buy and wear Phable jeans so raw denim is our speciality.

Jeans are such an amazing item of clothing. Who doesn't have more than one pair of jeans in their wardrobe? What other item, besides shoes, can be referred to as a "favorite pair"? What other fabric changes its contrast daily based on wash and wear like denim does? What better fabric to create a label with? A label we have invested every cent we own into, a label we have committed all our passion and time into.

All jeans tell a story. This is Phable.

There are so many denim labels out there selling pre-distressed or pre washed denim, which is fine, but we prefer to sell raw denim to let you write your own story in the denim and create a beautiful and completely unique patina. No one can pre distress denim perfectly for your body and fit, that process is between you and your denim and nothing else.

All our jeans are hand made in Australia using only the finest material including Kurabo Japanese selvedge denim and Italian buttons and rivets.

Brand transparency is very important to us to we dont make anything that we can't stand behind or own up to. We personally inspect the range during manufacturing and also package and ship all sales ourselves.
